The contract between David Home s.r.l. and the Customer must be considered concluded with the acceptance of the order. This acceptance is considered tacit, unless otherwise communicated in any way to the Customer.
By placing an order in the various ways provided, the Customer declares to have read all the information provided to him during the purchase procedure, and to accept fully the general and payment conditions transcribed below.
The correct receipt of the order is confirmed by David Home s.r.l. by an e-mail response sent to the e-mail address communicated by the Customer. This confirmation message will include the order execution date and an order number to be used in any further communication with David Home s.r.l. The message repeats all the data entered by the customer who undertakes to verify its correctness and to promptly communicate any corrections, using customer service.
The David Home Company accepts orders for products within the limits of the quantities in stock therefore acceptance of the purchase proposal is subject to the availability of the products in stock. David Home s.r.l. undertakes to promptly notify the Customer of any unforeseen deplation of stocks due to excess demand or other causes. David Home s.r.l. undertakes to ship the goods within 5 (five) working days from the day following that of actual crediting of the price to the current account of DAVID HOME
All prices on the online site are inclusive of VAT.
The shipping costs depend on the area of purchase are borne by the CUSTOMER but are not included in the purchase price and are instead indicated and calculated at the time of the conclusion of the purchase process, before making the payment.
The Customer can only purchase the products present in the electronic catalog of the website shop.opificiodeisogni.it at the time of placing the order, as described in the relevant information sheets.
The image accompanying the description of a product may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics but may differ in color. Little differences in shades are to be considered normal and therefore not contestable.
Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check: – that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated on the accompanying invoice – that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or otherwise altered, also in the closing materials. Delivery terms are indicative, but are not binding for David Home s.r.l.
For any controversy the Judicial Authority of Pistoia (Italy) will be the only competent one.
RETURNS / COMPLAINTS
If the goods are damaged, defective on arrival or the order is wrong, the customer can contact customer service within 48 hours (email: firstname.lastname@example.org – tel: +39 0573 717128). DAVID HOME s.r.l. reserves the right, once in possession of the goods, the right to verify the disputed non-conformity and in case of confirmation will arrange for the shipment of the replacement goods or refund with re-credit on the card used by the customer for the purchase.
The ordered goods can be returned within 3 days of receipt to obtain a size change. The shipping costs of the order referring to the exchange are charged to the customer. The total amount amounts to

David Home s.r.l. does not accept returns of used goods or products customized for the customer.

Shipments are made very quickly. David Home S.r.l. use the BRT SPA courier with delivery within five working days. Shipping to Italy is free if the purchase exceeds 5 masks, otherwise the cost of shipping is € 6.90 (including VAT).
